What year did you graduate and what was your major?
2006; Education Major; Business Minor

Stephen ForemanWhat are you doing now and where?
School Counselor, Kodiak Island Borough School District; Kodiak, Alaska. During summer months I direct a summer camp for kids at the Kodiak Baptist Mission.

How did your experience at Midland prepare you for your career?
Without question, my involvement in multiple organizations and ability to meet with administration and faculty on a regular basis gave me the skills necessary to lead in my current position.

Did a particular faculty member leave a lasting impression on you?
Dr. Wilhite. He was my professor in freshman english (Odyssey) and a music appreciation class. The broad nature of learning at Midland, through teachers like Dr. Wilhite, has given an appreciation for domains outside of my profession.

What is your fondest memory of Midland?
Band and Choir tours and my year as Student Senate President.

List any family information you would like to include.
My wife and I have three boys all under the age of 7.

How do you stay connected to Midland?
I was able to visit campus last year and speak about opportunities in Kodiak, Alaska. I felt right at home!

Fun or interesting fact about you:
I have a Midland rug with the old logo under my desk at work :)
