Crystal Hassenstab, '05 believes part of her job as an art teacher is to help her students find their passion and expand their creativity.
Hassenstab has spent the last decade teaching art in Clay County with most of that time spent at Sandy Creek Junior/Senior High School. This fall, began teaching at Adams Central Junior/Senior High School.
And in October, the Nebraska Art Teachers Association is honoring Hassenstab as the secondary art teacher of the year.
