Dr. Charles A. Puls Memorial Scholarship

Created by his beloved wife, Inez M. Puls, this scholarship remembers Dr. Charles A. Puls. A 1922 graduate of Midland, Dr. Puls was a former chairman of the board of trustees and received an honorary doctorate degree from Midland College. Dr. Puls spent his life as a servant in the Lord in the Lutheran Church. A scholarship will be awarded annually to a student who has completed the freshman year, demonstrated academic ability, has financial need and is active in campus life. Preference will be given to a dedicated student who plans to pursue a career in the ministry.
