Nancy K Kersten, 85, of Weeping Water formerly Murdock, died Friday, October 5, 2018. Born February 12, 1933, in Omaha, the daughter of Albin and Alice Kellstrom. Nancy graduated from Omaha North High School Class of 1951 she then attended Immanuel School of Nursing the class of 1954.

She is survived by her daughters Cheri (Butch) Boardman, Cindy (Bob) Dargy, and Becky (Dan) Pittman; a brother Bill Kellstrom; grandchildren Matt (Marissa) Dargy, Shannon (Aaron) Strain, Erica (Jerron) Oltjenbruns, Kirsten Dargy. She was preceded in death by her parents, great-granddaughter Harper Kay Dargy, a sister-in-law Shari Kellstrom.

Funeral service: 10:30 am Tuesday, October 9, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 31104 Church Road, Murdock. Interment: Oakwood cemetery, Weeping Water. Visitation: 5 to 8 pm with family 6-8 pm Monday at Hammons Family Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to Weeping Water senior center,and/or Weeping Water Rescue Squad.
