Sharon L. Wahl was born May 28, 1937 to Arthur an Emma Zike (Siemsen) and passed to God on December 22, 2025.

Sharon graduated from Immanuel Nursing school and worked at Immanuel Hospital in multiple positions for 40 years, until she retired in 1998. She and her husband Gene were members of St. Mark’s Lutheran church for 60 years.

Sharon loved being a nurse, traveling with Gene, doing crossword puzzles, and was an avid reader.

Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Eugene “Gene” H. Wahl, and her son, Russell A. Wahl.

She is survived by her son James A. Wahl (Diana), daughter-in-law Laura Wahl; Grandchildren Sarah A. Wahl (Jeremy Knudsen), Emalee J. Miller, Jamie L. Uram (Alex); and great-granddaughters Zoey and Sophie.
