Midland alumnus Mark Snow has been named Director of the School of Human Performance, effective March 1st.  Mark will oversee the graduate and undergraduate programs in the School of Human Performance. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Midland in 1996 and Master of Arts in Kinesiology from San Jose State University in 2001.  He is a Certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Mark is currently pursuing his doctorate through the University of North Carolina-Greensboro.   

Mark began teaching as an adjunct at Midland in 2011 and became a full-time faculty member in 2014.  He has led the development of the Master of Athletic Training program which is pending final approval from the Higher Learning Commission. Mark is also leading the effort to pursue program accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training.
