Christopher M. McMahon has accepted a position as Deputy Prosecutor for Douglas County, in the juvenile division. He previously worked at TD Ameritrade for 23 years providing oversight of information security for the Institutional Retirement division. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Midland Lutheran College in 1994.  He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2020, after attending school part-time while working.  While at Creighton Christopher served as Student Articles editor of the Creighton Law Review, president of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Secretary of the Military Law society, and was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team.  He was honored with the 2021 Shkolnick Award.
