Jennifer works as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Nye Health Services. In her role, she focuses on identifying top talent, fostering professional growth, and ensuring that the company’s workforce aligns with the organization’s mission. “My career in talent acquisition has been incredibly rewarding, particularly in the healthcare sector, where I play a vital role in building strong teams that provide quality care.”

She came to Midland because she wanted to be a part of the dance team, and also enjoyed the small university feel. She later worked at Midland as a Career and Alumni Relations Coordinator and would also earn her MBA from Midland.

Midland was part of instilling skills that have helped Jennifer thrive in her role and become a leader in her industry. “Midland positioned me for success by providing a well-rounded education that combined academic excellence with real-world experience. Jennifer and her husband, Jared (a 2015 Midland graduate), live in Bellevue and are the parents of three children. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys playing sand volleyball.
