Daniel Thomas Rosenquist, age 68, of Stromsburg, Nebraska, passed away March 20, 2023 at his home in Stromsburg.

A Memorial of Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the Grace Lutheran Cemetery by Ceresco.

Daniel was born March 20, 1955 to Donald Edward and Annabelle (Knox) Rosenquist in Des Moines, IA. He attended school in Canyon Del Oro in Tucson, AZ and Midland Lutheran College in Fremont. He lived in various places including Tucson, AZ, McCool Junction, Fairmont, York and Stromsburg. He worked for Overland Sand & Gravel as a truck driver and plant manager. After his retirement from Overland Sand & Gravel in March of 2007, he then worked at Walmart as a night stocker and retired from there in 2020.

He was united in marriage to Jolene Ann Hallquist and later to Charlie Rae Nicholsen. Daniel enjoyed drawing, listening to music and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his children: Staci Michel of Stromsburg, Melinda Rosenquist of Omaha, Amanda (Dylan) Burcham of Omaha, Danyel Rosenquist of Sidney, OH, John Rosenquist of Kearney; six grandchildren: Dawson, Graycen and Rylee Michel, Jade Sander, Carlie and Dylan Sperling; two great grandchildren: Blake and Macy; and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son Adam and brother John.

Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated later. Dubas Funeral Home of Stromsburg and Osceola has been entrusted with arrangements.
