Deanna K (Hanson) Hageman, age 72, of Lincoln, died June 18, 2018. Deanna was born in Wahoo on August 30, 1945 to Kenneth and Joyce (Huffaker) Hanson. She married Boyd Hageman of Ithaca, on September 3, 1966. Deanna graduated from Immanuel School of Nursing with her diploma degree in Nursing and in later years received a BSN from UNL. She dedicated over 40 years to nursing in education, home health, and research. Deanna was a long time active member of First Lutheran Church. Her passion for faith and family showed through her devotion as a wife, mother, and grandmother. She took every opportunity to be involved in the lives of her children and grandchildren. She lived life to its fullest through the phrase Live, Laugh, and Love.

Deanna is survived by: sons Greg and Gina Hageman, Scott and Jen Hageman, daughter Nicole Hageman, all of Lincoln. Sister Donna and Dennis Washburn of Lincoln, 10 grandchildren; Chantel, Michael, Timothy, Amanda, Justin, Ashleigh, Dalton, Tyler, Taylor, Boydston, and Anna, and 12 Great grandchildren.

Deanna was preceded in death by her husband Boyd Hageman, parents Kenneth (Joyce Huffaker) Hanson, and granddaughter Little Angel.

Funeral services will be on Friday June 22, 2018 at First Lutheran Church 1:00 pm, Lincoln. Pastor Dan Warnes will officiate. Interment will be at in the Alma Lutheran Cemetery, Mead. Visitation will be 12-8 p.m. on Thursday, with family present 5-8 pm June 21 at Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home, 4040 A Street, Lincoln, NE 68510. The family will be present to greet friends from 5 – 8 p.m. Memorials are suggested to First Lutheran Church.
