Dr. Thomas D. and Inez V. Rinde Scholarship

Established by the Rinde family, this scholarship memorializes and honors Dr. and Mrs. Rinde, both Midland alumni. Dr. Rinde served for 30 years on the faculty of Central Lutheran Theological Seminary, when it was associated with Midland. Dr. Rinde was dean from 1942-49. The scholarship is awarded to junior and senior students with financial need, demonstrated academic ability, and who are active in campus life. Preference is given to students who are Lutheran.
