Ellen J. Wilson, 80 years old, was born and raised in Davenport, Iowa. Ellen received her nursing degree in 1963 and in 1973 she moved to California. It was in 1979 that she married Dr. Gregg Wilson and acted as Financial Manager for the Bay Park Pet Clinic until his retirement. Her passion was traveling overseas and Greece was her all-time favorite destination.

Ellen is survived by her cousin Don, nephew Fred, and three of Gregg's children, Chris, Tim, Johanna, and son-in-law Larry. She is preceded in death by her husband and daughter-in-law, Heidi.

Ellen's ashes will be placed alongside her husband's ashes in his columbarium niche at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego. Tribute donations may be made to San Diego Humane Society at www.sdhumane.org.
