Kelly R. Sangster, age 54, of Council Bluffs, passed away July 4, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. 

Kelly was born June 19, 1965 in Omaha, Nebraska to William and Linda (Risley) Lawlor. She graduated from St. Albert Catholic High School in 1984. Kelly attended IWCC and graduated Midland College in Fremont, Nebraska. She married William Sangster on January 11, 1992. They were blessed with twin sons, Timothy and Jacob and daughters, Katherine and Monica. Kelly was a pre-school para educator for Council Bluffs Community School for 15 years. She was a member of the Catholic faith. 

Kelly was preceded in death by her father, William Lawlor. 

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, William Sangster; sons, Timothy and Jacob Sangster; daughters, Katherine and Monica Sangster, all of Council Bluffs; mother, Linda Lawlor; brother, Dennis (Jolene) Lawlor, all of Topeka, Kansas; nieces, Celine, Krista, Mary and Raven and many friends.
