A Private Graveside Service and Inurnment for Linda M. (Bragg) Greiner will be held at the Fridhem Cemetery, east of Funk, Nebraska, in the future.
Linda Mae (Bragg) Greiner, 81 years of age, of Holdrege, Nebraska, formerly of Phoenix, Arizona, died on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at Holdrege Memorial Homes in Holdrege. Linda was born on May 4, 1943, in Holdrege, the youngest of three daughters, born to Milton J. and Ruth H. (Hedstrom) Bragg. She attended Holdrege Public Schools and graduated from Holdrege High School with the class of 1960. She pursued higher education from Luther College and later the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, Nebraska. Linda was a life-long learner and attained two Master's Degree's, one in Speech Therapy and the other in Counseling.
Prior to her retirement, Linda was working at Wells Fargo in Phoenix but moved back to Holdrege to be closer to family. She enjoyed singing with the Sweet Adeline's. Linda was a sports enthusiast, especially watching the Phoenix Suns and the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother-in-law, Lloyd Rummel.
Linda is survived by her sisters: Karen Rummel of Elkhorn, Nebraska; and Marlis Allmand and her husband, Roger of Holdrege; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
The family will honor her wish for cremation.
