Roger D. Mueller, 90, of Grand Island, went to his Heavenly home on Tuesday, March 25, 2025.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m., Sunday, March 30th, with a celebration of life service beginning at 7 p.m. at All Faiths Funeral Home. Daniel Naranjo will officiate.
Livestreaming will be available at www.giallfaiths.com on Roger's obit page. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Monday, in the Grand Island Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
Roger was born on July 16, 1934, in Palmer, Nebraska, the son of George and Blanche (Johnson) Mueller. He graduated from Scotia High School class of 1952. He received his Business Degree from Midland Lutheran College in Fremont. On November 24, 1957, he was united in marriage to the love of his life Carol J. Miller in the Loup City Methodist Church. Along with his wife, he owned and operated Mueller Insurance. His memberships include Trinity United Methodist Church and the Platt Duetsche.
Roger enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with family. He loved attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
Those left to cherish his memory include daughters and sons-in-law, Pam (Rick) Johnson of Round Rock, TX, and Brenda (Todd) Noakes of Lincoln; grandchildren, Brandon (Annie) Johnson, Dustin Johnson, Justin (Annie) Noakes and Mallory (Landon) Schmidt; great grandchildren, Bergen, Hadley, James and Ashtyn; and step brother, Dale Carlson.
He is preceded in death by his wife who passed on April 17, 2023; an infant son in 1958; his parents; and step father, Martin Carlson.
