After being a Nebraska State Probation Officer for 12 years, Brenda began her own training company, training government and non-profit agencies in evidence-based practices. She developed curriculum for segregated inmates for the Nebraska Justice Research Department and began teaching criminal justice at Midland, UNO/UNL, Creighton, and MCC after receiving her master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.
