Mandy Dames is a proud graduate of Midland University, earning a degree in Business Administration in 2025. Her professional journey at Midland began in October 2021 within Academic Affairs, where she contributed to supporting students and faculty. In October 2025, Mandy transitioned to the Advancement Office as the Gift and Database Specialist, continuing her commitment to the university community.

Family is central to Mandy's life. She is married to Matthew Dames, and together they have four children: Christian, Elissa, Jillian, and Kelby. Christian graduated from Midland in May 2024, Elissa in May 2023, and Jillian is set to graduate in May 2026, carrying forward the family’s strong Midland tradition.

With both professional dedication and personal ties deeply rooted in Midland University, Mandy embodies the spirit of service, growth, and family legacy.
