First State Bank recently announced the employee promotions at a recent meeting of the FSB Board of Directors. Among those promoted were Taylor Jeppesen '12 and Nick Vrba '04. Jeppesen was promoted to Taylor Jeppesen to vice president – lending, and Vrba to executive vice president and secretary to the board of directors.
